In Cheryl 's studio in Tontine Street you can see many paintings of local seascapes inspired by the local Folkestone coastal beauty. The sea, sky and local fauna feature prominently in the oil and acrylic paintings done this year.

 

She studied at the Art Student's League in New York specializing in abstract painting and mixed media painting.

 

She spent time in Italy and Scotland where the wild coastlines continue to be a fascination.
